1_ Internal and external correspondence :
_ Incoming correspondence, whether internal or external: received and forward to the competent authorities – the follow-up correspondence to the Board of Directors – answered.
_ outgoing correspondence, whether internal or external.
2_ Conservation and Archive:
_ Save and arranging the company archive- Board of Directors – projects of correspondence – contracts….. Etc depending on the sequence agreed.
_Maintain a copy of the electronic filing backup.
3_ Writing / internal distribution:
_ Papers like all administrative circulars and administrative orders and printing, processing and distribution cycle depending on the documentary.
4_ Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
5_ Receiving phone calls / faxes.
6_ Alert on new meetings or cancellations, as well as official.
_Min 2 Years of Experience in the secretarial work.
_MS Office professional and perfect utilization of internet.
_Good command of English language (written and spoken).
_Good Appearance and behavior.
